Ongoing Medicare Support
Find official routes for plan changes, claims appeals and an annual coverage review.
When current coverage causes trouble
Identify whether the question concerns a claim, network provider, authorization, formulary or premium. Keep the plan card, service date, denial notice and contract ID. Medicare explains the distinct appeal paths for Original Medicare, health plans and Part D.

When a plan changes
Compare your Annual Notice of Change and Evidence of Coverage with the care and medicines you now use. A drug or network change should be checked against the new contract year, not last year’s screen.

When only Medicare can decide
For official eligibility, enrollment periods and government records use Medicare.gov and SSA. Call 1-800-MEDICARE for federal program questions; a private agency cannot override a government eligibility decision.
